Regular window-cleaning payments

Regular cleans are collected through GoCardless Direct Debit only after each completed visit. You will be notified before a payment is taken, and every collection is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Existing customers

Set up your Direct Debit securely

Enter the first line of the service address exactly as it appears on your account. You will then continue to the secure GoCardless setup operated through CleanerPlanner.

No payment is taken when you complete the setup. Your bank details are entered on GoCardless’s secure pages and are not handled by this website.

What happens next?

  • We request payment only after an agreed clean has been completed.
  • GoCardless emails you before each collection.
  • You remain protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
